Payment

Once you have registered to the conference on the present website (https://asos2023paris.sciencesconf.org), you need to register again through the platform "Azur-Colloque" for payment, using one of the two links :

Caution !!! Please try to succed the operation registration/payment in just one time on "Azur-Colloque". The system is very touchy. Once you start to register, you cannot go back to restart again. You have to contac us and we will ask the CNRS to cancel the registration to enable you to restart.

Note : It is preferable to register using an institutional email address (Gmail addresses does not always work properly !)

On the chosen page, you should select one of two options :

- you wish to pay yourself by credit card (See case a below)

or

- you need an invoice to the name of your institution in order for them to pay or you wish to make a bank transfer by yourself (See case b below).

    Case a (open to all participants): If you have selected the option by credit card, you will be sent the details to proceed to payment (the site is secured). At the end, if you do not receive an e-mail of confirmation within a few minutes, please contact us rapidly (https://asos2023paris.sciencesconf.org). 

    Case b (only for participants from French public institutions): If your institution is to pay, you will have to fill in its address along with the contact of the person who will issue the payment. A pre-invoice ("pré bon de commande") will be sent automatically which will allow your institution to issue the payment. Please also check that you or the finance contact gets this document. Please contact us if you feel the operation might have failed (https://asos2023paris.sciencesconf.org). 

               To make a bank transfer by yourself, please give your own e-mail address after having chosen the corresponding option, then you will receive a document giving the references of the CNRS bank account where to make the tranfer, as well as your registration reference.
